How does the integration of your website with our booking engine work?

We provide two options – one, we can develop your website from scratch and integrate our CRM and booking engine with the website so that everything is managed in moonstride itself OR we can simply integrate the booking engine with your existing website using a deep link process.

Would customers have access to moonstride once they book the tour?

We do have an add-on feature namely Customer Portal. When activated, it lets your customer login to moonstride where they can view their booking details such as trip details, itinerary and traveller details. They can manage their booking details, such as editing passenger details, convey their service amendments via messaging and make payments directly from the portal itself.

Would customers get a payment confirmation as well as booking confirmation notification once the booking is done?

Yes! On completion of successful payment, customers would receive two emails – one for the payment and the other for the booking confirmation.

Would the booking engine be white labelled as our own?

Yes, the booking engine could be adjusted as per your branding and colour themes.

Would it be possible to generate reports based on the bookings received through the booking engine?
