Can we amend the itinerary content as required?

You will be able to make amendments in the cover letter and image directly from booking. While for content, you can make changes in the template and the same will be reflected in booking.

You can send out documentations in your branding, agent’s branding and sell channel branding.

Can I send one single email to the supplier for multiple service confirmation?

Yes, if multiple services are provided by a single supplier, you can merge all the services and send out one single email to the supplier for confirmation.

Yes, within booking, under the Payment History section, you can use the Refund action to record a refund against a payment.
